Open Mind Online Schooling is an exclusive online one-on-one tutoring institution. Its headquarters are in Miami FL, London UK and Budapest, Hungary.
We are providing private lessons in different subjects in the IB and AP system with a special methodology in English. Plus we provide SAT, TOEFL and IELTS preparation. Our service is outstanding and unique in the USA, Europe and in the Middle East and Asia as well.

We are holding only one-to-one lessons based on personalized progress plans which created for each student by our Education Manager. The lessons are reachable in person or online from our offices. Our lessons are held in air-conditioned, high-tech equipped studio rooms in Miami, London and Budapest. All of our lessons are available via Skype also.
We have been teaching the IB subjects listed in the section from the 6n subjects group till higher level. Also we are specialised teaching subjects from the AP system.
Our teachers are international young professionals (from the age of 25-35) working only at Open Mind Schooling in full time.
Qualifications: all completed International high Schools in the IB, AP or British curriculum and finished 1-2 universities with high marks. All of them accoplished a special training by the Education Manager, Ms. Katalin Szilagyi founder of Open Mind Schooling Institution. She as the Education Manager created a unique teaching methodogy for reaching effective and measurable results in one-on-one teaching, keeping same high standards for all teachers.
Personal Progress Plans are created according to the student's strengths, weakness, aims and deadlines. Personal Progress Plans has a weekly based schedule, created and monitored by the Education Manager.
Students mprovement is measured by Tests on a monthly basis and weekly basis when exams are at the corner.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
At registration there is a 1 hour discussion with the parents and the student about his or her aim, strength, weakness, deadlines. Upon that the student starts his/her first session. In 2 weeks the Education manager creates the Personal Progress Plan on a weekly basis for the student adjusting to their speed.
Then we monitor the student's improvement and give tests them. The test results are put in a graph and the secretariat sends it to students and parents in email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management has a solid project management background and created a unique teaching methodology. The combination of these two elements and the passion we have to improve students knowledge and to give them a better life make us outstanding and unique in the one-on-one tutoring field.

How did you get started teaching?
With a 14 years of teaching technique with more than 10 000 one-on-one teaching hours our Education manager founded Open Mind Schooling Institution in Europe and America.
What types of students have you worked with?
Students from International Schools learning in the IB, IGCSE and AP system. From the age of 6-19 years old.
In addition with students who are coming from different countries, learnt different curriculum and would like to apply to International schools and prepare them in English language and teach subjects for the exams learning according to the IB, AP and IGCSE curriculum.
Firstly, The main focus is on the high school to perform good on tests, exams and final exam.
Besides we prepare students to be admitted to middle and high schools.
Our third specialty is the SAT, TOEFL and IELTS exam preparation with more thousand teaching hours and training on the field.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are the most glad when our student's exam is successful and they reach the scores and marks they wished for.
That's why we are working with our team day by day and we measure the performance to ensure our students' success.
