I stand by and direct my tutoring to the needs of the student and work at their pace. I don't push them to learn something but I try to make them learn it in a way that they understand and as if they were teaching it.
Yes I love it. It's fun to see and experience the different age groups and differences between the work.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Free first session in order to get to know student and study their needs. Then I see what their learning each time I visit and try to "learn" it with them. I have them teach me the subject to see if they understand it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken education courses in college and graduated with my BA. I am currently studying for my teaching certifications.
