What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Assess where the students knowledge lays and where are most difficulty arise. Practice doing and exercise and then let a student try on their own. Even if it is wrong, mistakes can be viewed, learned from and understood. Agnowlege the different ways a problem can be done and why it is done so.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently an algebra 1 teacher in high school. Over 10 years experience tutoring math grades 1-9
