Hello, I am a Graduate of Harris Stowe State University. I am currently working on my forensic science certification and then I am off to law school. I started tutoring at a boys a girls club in my home town in 2011 and I realized I had a passion for helping others to learn, just as much as I do. get to know each student individually whilst tutoring; so I can understand their specific learning style. Everyone is different and i take my time while being patient an understanding. A little encouragement goes a long way. It all starts with the tutor itself. I love what I do so it reflects on everyone I work with an helps to encourage them an give them that help in whatever subject they need

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually try to make the student comfortable before we actually start working. I tell them a little about me and vice verse. The more comfortable a child is, the more they are willing to try
