Ray Ph.D.

i am a semi-retired man. I was trained as a scientist and an engineer. i have many years of field experience. i've been on research cruises, lived and worked on remote islands in the Pacific and met Presidents. I worked in water resources, solar power, coastal sciences and climate change policy. i have taught high school students, community college students elementary school principals and upward bound. teaching is a fun way of helping. my approach is to ask questions and come up with odd examples which may be funny...im good at it.
