About
Families should hire me because I bring years of experience, proven results, and a deep commitment to student growth. Since 2019, I’ve helped students from all backgrounds reach, and often exceed their academic goals, whether that’s getting to grade level in reading or math. I tailor every session to each student’s needs, and I believe in creating a supportive, respectful environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. I value kindness, consistency, and results and I work hard to make sure every student feels capable and confident.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start by doing a baseline examination that will show me my students strengths as well as what they need the most help on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the past 6 years I have worked at a tutor company that specializes in one on one tutoring sessions. This has allowed me to work with a wide range of students and a diverse range of subjects.
Before that I also worked at an afterschool music program where I helped students between the ages of 5 to 11 learn how to play the piano and violin.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My sessions are 50-60 an hour.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say that more important thing that students should be looking for in a tutor/teacher is trust. The student has to trust that their mentor has their best interest at heart.
