I have been a teacher for 26+ years as a teacher for the visually impaired both remote and in person, a homeschool mom from pre-k through 12th grade to three now college grads, a preschool director, a director of special services, and an elementary special education teacher. I have experience with students who have developmental delays, are gifted, need instruction through an interpreter, are blind or have low vision, or have other special needs. I am highly skilled with assistive technology, the IEP process, and working with IEP teams. I love to work with families to help them learn new ways of supporting their children that empowers them for growth.
