Teachers are here to help and guide. That teaches are humans too. That mistakes are failures are good. That it will only helps you learn, so you can overcome them and grow. Thing aren't perfect, they just need to be beautiful. Teacher have a upstanding and open mind. They are here to inspire, and encourage you. The words can't do anything, but I would say TRY can do anything. Also, looking at the relationship between child and teacher, ask yourself is a good relationship. This opens you so you can talk about your needs. Both teacher and child come up with a plan to meet the need. They how are you going to achieve it. The communication, what is the communication. The connections between both student and teacher. Be open.
