From the moment I graduated from Middlebury College as an English major I have been an educator, first as a high school English and American Studies teacher, then as a principal, Superintendent of Schools and adjunct professor of education policy analysis. During my 40 years in education, I have taught students at all levels, from elementary school to adults seeking to improve their writing skills. I am reading and ESOL endorsed, certified K-12 in Civics, K-6 reading, math, social studies and science. I got my B.A. from UCF, I am a certified clinical educator (meaning I mentor new educators) and have my Masters in Educational Leadership from American College of Education.

I have worked with a variety of ages, from 10-50 all the way to seniors in high school. I get to know each student individually as well as get to know their personal goals. I will provide quick, concise responses for those in a hurry, and slow, methodic teaching for those looking to understand the material on a deeper level. I welcome feedback and will alter my methods based on parental goals as well.

I am only in middle school and I may not be able to help very will with the some of the information for higher level things, ok maybe not at all however I take advanced everything (Advanced math, Pre-IB ELA, Science, and World History) have a 4.0 gpa and ADHD so I can probably help if you have a lower attention span as well but I think you really can ace anything with good study methods.
