Zachary Segal

I am a recent graduate from Western Governors University, School of Technology, with a major in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. I have tutored students in mathematics from the 5th grade all the way up to college level calculus for roughly 2 years. I’m also specialized in test prep tutoring for the mathematics portions of the SAT and ACT standardized tests. I am enthusiastic and encouraging with all students I work with! I’m passionate about continuous learning, and have strong foundational knowledge in technology. My goal as a tutor is, not only for students and parents to see tangible results, but for students to feel confident and excited about learning and to show students that math may not always be as tough as it seems at times! Through repetition, hard work and practice comes a deeper understanding of the core concepts and principles needed to excel in any subject, especially math!
