I am a working IT Consultant with clients in the area of retail, education and hospitality. I am overly familiar with all things Apple, Microsoft and Google. All software from Microsoft 365 to Adobe to all the cool tools - Evernote, etc. I can teach you all about databases and SQL and I can guide you on all design, programming and networking projects. I am certified Apple, Microsoft, Cisco and more. I love Meraki networks, my Apple gear, my Android phone, my Samsung watch and gosh do I miss my Blackberry ;)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students will go through a "triage" process to find out their goals and interests. From there we will decide if I can manage their expectations or if I should advise additional resources.

25+ years IT experience in networking, design, servers & OS
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing applies with the exception of specific projects that have a short term goal of project resolution (I need to set up a VPN. I need to create a SQL DB).
How did you get started teaching?
I was an Instructional Technology specialist in a public library who later was hired by local schools, universities and Apple Computer as a trainer.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked in environments that have included private tutoring, high school and College and adults in the field who needed additonal training or new skills in networking.
