Khan Math & Sign Language Tutor

I am so excited to help you for improving the chances of your academic success and prepare you for future. I am also an alumni of Health Occupations Students of America and was in the top 10% class in high school. I am currently attending college with two scholarships and working a part-time job. I am a student in the class of 2019 at Florida Atlantic University to study biology in order to become a medical physician. I am minoring in math because this is the field I love. I have tutored many students, classmates, and friends to ace their math assignments for at least four years. Many of them were struggling to pass the math classes. After we worked together in tutoring, many of them received good grades and excellent exam results from their math classes. I was glad to help them to improve their math performance. I taught others to learn math concept. I liked to see how they succeeded in math class with my tutoring assistance. I am able to tutor the following types of mathematics: Basic Math, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Precalculus, and College Algebra.

I am deaf and my first language is American Sign Language (ASL). I become fluent in this language over many years as I grew up. I earned an A in all American Sign Language classes from my high school. I love teaching others ASL. As a member of American Sign Language Club, I have taught elementary school students American Sign Language and created fun activities for them that helped them to learn effortlessly. Also, I have helped students who struggle learning ASL who speak Spanish only. I have created flashcard with sign pictures and Spanish words to help them to learn more easily and be able to pass the classes. Surprisingly, I won a gold medal from World Language Completion for interpreting the songs and stories in American Sign Language at 2011.
