Hello! My name is Yasna, I am from Panama so Spanish is my native language.
I have an Industrial Engineering degree with experience of 7 years working on documentation and improving processes.
I also have experience working on tv so my Spanish is neutral.
This year I obtained a diploma in Teacher of Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE).
I went to England to improve my English for 3 months so we can start from 0, no prior knowledge is required here!
I would enjoy to teach students of all ages.
Here i can teach you:
Conversational Spanish skills in your daily life to improve your ability to communicate better in Spanish in a wide range of daily situations and become more fluent and confident in using the language.
I will prepare you to have a good knowledge of primary Spanish reading and writing skills.
Some of the topics that we will cover are:
Meeting new people, the people in your life, eating in and eating out, hobbies, feelings, staying healthy, cultural differences, cities, manners, personal communication, purpose of living, cultural studies, art, nature, social issues, technology.
Travel and learning about different cultures have always been two of the things I’ve enjoyed over the years so what better than to teach my native language?

I verify through tests what level the student is
I always ask why they whant to learn spanish.
and then I start creating the custom curriculum.

How did you get started teaching?
I enjoy talking with people from differents countries and i love to learn about their culture and show them about mine, so what a better thing to do that to teach spanish?

One of my russians student is now living in Colombia and hes having conversations with the locals without a problem.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just don´t learn the grammar is better to start talking and having fluent conversations.
