Hi, I’m Jeff. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Emory University and a strong background in biology, calculus, and pre-med coursework. I hold several chemical patents and have real-world experience in inorganic, organic, and polymer chemistry, which helps me bring the subject to life. I’ve been tutoring since high school and love breaking down complex concepts in a way that fits each student’s unique thinking style. I’m a dedicated ACT tutor with a 35 composite score and perfect 36s in Reading, English, and Science. Since 2020, I’ve helped students gain confidence and boost scores by teaching the test the way it actually works—not the way school teaches. I believe that a students chance of success is much greater if they can become one that can become an independent thinker of how to work through a problem. What I enjoy most is the moment a student understands a concept that they didn't previously understand. I am a recent college graduate with a double Bachelors in Biology and Chemistry. I have had experience teaching and assisting students in school with science related courses that has peaked my interest in becoming a tutor! Because I am a younger age, I feel that I’m able to connect to many of my younger students. I enjoy being able to really make a difference in a students education!
