Hi, my name is Natalie Victor, and I am excited to work with your child this summer!

I am an experienced educator and reading specialist who has worked with K–5 students in reading, writing, and foundational academic skills. I have a strong background in literacy instruction, instructional coaching, and Science of Reading practices, including LETRS training.

When students work with me, they can expect a calm, encouraging, and supportive learning environment. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, confident, and understood. My sessions are structured, but also engaging and interactive. I take time to get to know each student’s strengths, needs, and learning style so I can create lessons that help them grow.

I will do an excellent job because I bring both professional training and real classroom experience. I know how to break skills down in a simple way, provide practice that builds confidence, and help students make steady progress. My goal is not only to improve academic skills, but also to help students believe in themselves as learners.
