What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When a student comes, at first we assess them to understand his/her current job status, educational background, and area of interest. Then we talk about courses Innsire is offering right now and how we can add value to his/her career. we then offer two free classes to examine the class environment and if everything matches, we create student ID as well as JIRA account for them to start working as real job environment works.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors have 7+ years of Information and Technology working experience with multi-national companies. Their minimum educational level is Master's in IT and holds certifications from Oracle, Tableau, CCNA and so forth. We two years of on-site teaching training with various level of clients.

How did you get started teaching?
On the first one-to-one assessment session, we try to understand what a student need. We have a set of interview questions to determine where a student can fit well and grow. We are very much getting-the-job focused training institute, therefore, we direct students how to land a job quickly and with expertise.
What types of students have you worked with?
Our student ranges from multiple backgrounds. We have fresh college graduate students to professionals looking for a better job or for career growth. We also have students working at transitional-job, stay-at-home, took a break and want to join the workforce.
We interview and assess every student based on their level of understanding and educational competency. Then we place them their like-minded study batch.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently attended a Job Fair at George Mason University where we met people not only fresh graduates but also their relatives and parents who registered with us to get job placement training.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If someone is looking to hire a teacher in Software Quality Analyst they should look for:
1. Years of experience in this field.
2. Teaching style (not all good players are a good coach)
3. Opportunity to work on real time project.
4. Knowledge in ALM/JIRA.
5. Hands-on training on Selenuim/UFT.
And. If someone is looking to hire a teacher Data Analyst they should look for:
1. Deeper knowledge on Data Structure, ETL process, SQL queries, Data Visualization and Reporting.
2. Experience in Data Analysis
3. Opportunity to work on Analytic tools.
4. Knowledge in ALM/JIRA.
5. Hands-on training on SQL Tools, Tableau and MS Excel
