Marygrace Tutoring: Math & English

Hi, I’m Marygrace! I’m a pre-dental student at the University of Maryland with several years of experience tutoring students in math and English, from elementary through high school. I scored a 34 on the ACT and a 1540 on the SAT, and I use the same study strategies that helped me succeed to guide my students toward their own breakthroughs.

My tutoring style is patient, interactive, and tailored to each student’s unique learning pace. I love making challenging concepts—like algebra, calculus, essay writing, or test prep—clear and approachable. Working with me means building confidence, mastering skills, and even learning to enjoy the process.
