My service stands out because not only am I able to teach the student, I can connect with them on a personal level as well. Since I myself am a student as well, he/she will be able to associate with me comfortably and truly feel as if they enjoy learning French!
I enjoy teaching French because I adore the language myself. The dialect with which one speaks, the words and how they share Latin roots, and the elation one feels when reading a paragraph in French and understanding every word are just a few factors that draw me to this language. It would be my pleasure to help you feel the same about French by teaching you all I know!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I begin with the basics as all tutors do. From there on, I progress into verbs and nouns. Eventually, the student will be putting together phrases or writing paragraphs!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been learning French for 2 years and have many experiences with it. I began learning at the very start of 7th grade and am still gathering knowledge now at the end of 8th grade.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing system is simple and affordable. I only charge $20.00 per each lesson which is normally an hour and covers an extensive amount of knowledge. I am available for lessons on Wednesdays and Fridays!
How did you get started teaching?
I am just starting teaching through Tutors.com! I have had experience in teaching younger children English and Math throughout my life, but this is the first time I am teaching French.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with mostly younger students in elementary school in grades ranging from 1st to 4th. However, I am open to teaching people of all ages.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You want to have a teacher you can relate with and who you don't feel uncomfortable around. While this teacher may have extensive knowledge on the topic you wish to learn, if you feel awkward while talking or learning with him/her, he/she is not the teacher for you! You especially wish to hire a teacher who you can talk to easily while learning French because the speaking portion of learning a new language is essential!
