With a myriad of writing experience as a content, technical and speechwriter to my exposure as both an elementary teacher and adjunct college professor, I have developed an inate ability to meet every individual “where they are”.  I am a retired Air Force airman and Government Program Manager with the following formal certifications and degrees:
