My tutoring service is unique due to my wide breath of knowledge of instructional strategies for struggling learners. I have a Master’s degree in Special Education along with current certification in special education as an experienced instructor. I have worked with individuals from the ages of 1 year to adult. I have also worked to develop learning programs for both individual studenst and school districts. I have unique strategies to employ to support struggling learners.
I am very passionate about supporting students. I am specifically impassioned to support struggling learners in the academic environment. I have been an educator for at least twenty years.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially I assess the student’s current level academically. Then I can prepare an individualized sequence of lessons to address the students learning needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified and trained as a specialist in various learning perspectives. I received a masters of education degree. I have 12 years of classroom experience. All of this experience and training has prepared me to be the best tutor you can find and hire.
How did you get started teaching?
My initial experience with teaching was in the nursery and church school. I went on to teacher throughout college and went on to get my graduate degree in education.
