I have a lot of experience helping students with their study of English (language arts), AP Language and Literature, Drama, Journalism, Philosophy, AP World and US History. I also have been successful helping with study skills, college test prep(SAT), and time management.

I have experience teaching students with special needs and learning disabilities as well. I have been a state-certified English teacher for 30 years and have an MS in English with Education from Southern CT State University and a BFA in Drama from Hofstra University.

Helping people read, write and think critically is my life’s work and I enjoy it very much.

    I have been a teacher for thirty years and have an MS in English from Southern CT State University. During my career, I have been a pioneer in educational technology and have developed CyberEnglish as a way to teach writing.

    Prices depend on how many hours we meet per week. Once a week for one hour costs $40, more than an hour costs $35.
    I was a theater teacher and taught drama classes in a high school. Then I studied for a masters degree to teach English. I’ve been certified to teach grades 7-12 since 1999.
    I taught public school and have experience with a very diverse group in both urban and suburban settings. I was also an adjunct at local colleges in my area for many years and taught adults interested in advancing their education.
