What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each lesson will be custom created for your child based on the topic they are studying or need assistance with. I will review the concept(s) while working through problems of varying degrees of difficulty. Then, I will give your child an opportunity to apply what was taught so that I can determine if additional guidance is needed, or if more difficult problems can be introduced.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when I had my own child. I didn't want to be traveling for work every week; I wanted to be home for my son. I left the public sector and decided that my passion for mathematics was my next career step. This allowed me to work during the school day when my son was also at school.
