I am an experienced, MAT educated, tutor who cares about each student as a valuable person and a successful learner using strategies that will last a lifetime. It is a thrill to assist students shine in their own learning.
The most enjoyable part of my job is helping a student become an independent, competent and happy learner. Assisting students with executive functioning, reading, writing, or study skills so that they become lifelong learners.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In order to work well together, and to meet student’s independent needs, we will have a conversation over the phone to set goals and create a schedule that works best within the studen’s schedule. I am able to meet in person within Fairfield County and offer online options.

How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching as a Kindetgarten teacher because I loved children and service.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students receiving special educational services, those with executive functioning issues, those with reading and writing deficiencies, to those studying for the PSAT and SAT.
