ConnectPrep has made the college transfer process so much easier. They helped me pick new business programs at schools such as Notre Dame, Wake Forest, Georgetown and have guided me through every step of my applications. ConnectPrep has been incredible! I raised my SAT score to a 1580. Bethany showed me how to deconstruct each section of the test and taught me how to find the evidence behind every answer. I also worked with them for APUSH, AP Lang, AP Chemistry, and AP Calculus BC. Their resource guides go far beyond anything I have received from school and really made a difference in how I prepared.

I am now working on the college advising process with Lynda, who has been guiding me through every step. We have a clear workflow that keeps everything organized, and I already feel great about the Common App essay and supplementals we are working on. She has also helped me with my extracurriculars and passion project, which has made the whole process feel less stressful and much more manageable. I feel confident as I prepare to apply UNC, Northwestern, Michigan, Cornell, Columbia, Yale, and Wake Forest this fall.

Jeremy has managed to surprise me. You see so many people and places advertise the same thing and how they can guarantee this and that but Jeremy really did work wonders. I came to Jeremy with a 1200 SAT and with his resources and guidance I was able to increase my score to the 1400s. He spent countless hours checking my essays and sending in depth editing for every single sentence and made sure I turned in the best possible essays. His attention to detail is worth every cent. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Each student learns differently and I emphasize a team based approach (student-instructor-parents-school teachers) built around positive reinforcement and assessments that identify the teaching that will be most effective with each individual student. After the initial meeting, I will then create a curriculum for each student based on my assessments. As we continue our sessions, I provide a lesson plan each week and continue to monitor my student’s progress.
