I am a high school teacher of 9 years who loves sharing her love of the language! My approach is based on communicating about what interests and passions students have- the grammar comes after! Learning a language should be fun and exciting!
I have a lot of experience working with students of all ages and levels. I have worked with adults as well. I have a BS Secondary Education and a MA in Spanish language. I have lived in Spain and Argentina. I love to bring cutural lessons and comparisons into my teaching!!
My students say the parts they enjoy most about my classes are the fun games and the cultural lessons. I also think they excel most when they learn through communcating about what they are most interested in.

Its super important for me to understand my students' skills and interests. Our first sessions focus on what students strengths are.

I currently teach Spanish 1 and Spanish 5 at a large high school. I have taught all levels in my 9 years of teaching.
