Melissa Martucci

I am a certified elementary educator with a degree in Elementary Education and Interdisciplinary Sciences. As a classroom teacher of 7 years, I have many years of experience meeting the needs of diverse groups of learners. I have taught 2nd, 4th, and 5th graders in school and online. I create high quality, engaging lessons and collect and analyze data for focused instruction to help students grow. I am a clear communicator and a flexible problem-solver. I can quickly find the root of a student's struggles and design lesson plans to meet their needs. I am highly encouraging and believe that building a strong rapport with students helps build a confident attitude about learning, and ultimately leads to exponential growth.
