I have been teaching Math for long time ago, because I love it. For me is very important teach Math and share my knowledge and help others.
I have worked as Math teacher almost all my life, in all levels -except calculus- because long time ago I didn't teach this subject. my experience is broad, about 20 years.
I am Commercial Engineer from the Pontifical University of Ecuador, one of the best uiversities in Southamerica, It took me 7 years to get a title. My perfil in in facebook and linkedin if somebody wants to see something else about me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask the students some specific questions to know in which level of Math he or she is. So, after that I applied the plan to feedback he or she's weaks specially in basis math or multiplication tables, once these chapter are updated I can teach anything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Commercial Engineer and I have been Math teacher for about 20 years.

Depend, if somebody wants just one or two hours is $ 40.00, more than 5 hours is $ 30.00
How did you get started teaching?
Since I was student of university because I needed a extra income. I started to teach in High school and first and seconde years of university.
What types of students have you worked with?
Studentes from all countries, specially for Middle and High Schools students.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Science museum event, because I like Universal Geography. In fact I finishes to write my own book about it.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a tutor in your area of expertise?
Looking for a teacher with knowledge and experience, because it allow them improve your performance.
What questions should students think through before talking to tutors about their needs?
Like I said before knowledge and experience, moreover teachers capable to use differente ways to teach Math, because Math is easy when we use the appopiate ways to teach and learn.
