Umar Malick

I am a college student who is very interested in helping out my peers. I think education is the most important aspect of our young lives and it is integral that we help each other learn. If we set a good foundation for ourselves now, we will not only help ourselves and our families in the future, but also each other. Tutoring is an excellent outlet for this goal of mine, and I am excited to assist whoever I can. To be honest, I have very little formal tutoring experience, around 2 academic semesters. I am still in college, but this doesn’t mean I have never tutored peers informally. I am an honors student that consistently stands above my peers, academically, and I have helped friends and peers in their studies while I completed my own. I hope to create a lasting impact for those who need help. And I am confident in my ability to appeal to the unique needs that any student might have.
