Empowering students to achieve their best is my ultimate mission. I achieve this by using positive reinforcement with my students, motivating them by setting small goals, and remaining consistent. I also have worked with special needs children for a decade. I often work those that have Bipolar/ADHD, and Autism as well.

I designed/implemented the first after school tutoring program in my area. I had 13-16 children daily which forced me to implement a program that would impact everyone and still foster confidence and achievement.
