About
I was a Teaching Assistant at CU-Boulder and I also spent two years tutoring underclassmen in Calculus and Physics while in graduate school. I have both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Applied Mathematics from CU, where I graduated in the top of my class. I have worked in the Construction Management field for 15 years, which has some of the most challenging and rewarding opportunities out there. I am very personable and love to help others with their math or engineering tutoring needs.
I enjoy watching students succeed in areas of math, science and engineering that they have had trouble with in the past. I have a unique way of teaching/tutoring, it involves lots of positive energy and excitement about the subject material, as well as a keen understanding about the student's needs. Seeing young people have success in the areas of math, engineering and science creates a tremendous sense of accomplishment and self worth in not only the student but for me as well. I'm looking forward to working with you!
