I was a student who excelled in Biology and Chemistry in college. Majoring in Biology, Minor in Chemistry with a Pre-Med concentration. Now I am 4 years into my career leading and teaching every day as an Orthopedic Surgery Consultant.
Leading and teaching others helping them succeed brings me the great satisfaction. Seeing the staff, whome I helped, understand what I have taught them then apply that skill is the most rewarding.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
- 1. Get to know the student and what they expect to accomplish during the sessions and what areas they want to concentrate on.
- 2. Next, will anylize the students knowledge. I will accomplish this by having the student give me a brief description of what they are learning, discuss with the parents strengths and weaknesses, finally we will go over any previous material.
- 3. After assesssing the student we will then make a plan of action.
- 4. Next, I will ask the student what they want to accomplish.
- 5. Finally, I want the tutoring and learning to be FUN!!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is a bachelors in Science. Majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry with a concentration of pre-med. My current work is teaching and leading surgical staff during surgery.
