AM Chemistry And Biochemistry Tutoring
About
Oftentimes, its easy to get caught up and overwhelmed with the specifics of course concepts. By taking a step back and appreciating the bigger picture of a particular concept, I work with my students to build relevance and lasting mastery of subject material. I encourage my students to often ask themselves: "Does this make sense? Why?", building problem-solving and critical-thinking skills as opposed to approaching material through memorization and regurgitation of information. I hope to provide my students the tools to systematically work through points of misunderstanding and emerge with new understanding and confidence.
Science is one of the key foundations in which we can describe our world. I love working with my students to cultivate a deep understanding, appreciation, and amazement around the workings of our natural world.
