Karen Almendariz

As a current teacher, I have 15 years of experience in the classroom. I have worked with 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students in those years of teaching. I have knowledge of teaching students to read and write in both English and Spanish. I specialize in Reading Language Arts in both languages. I am also able to teach students to speak in Spanish, as well as speak English. I take time to learn my students' favorite things and find ways to connect with them to make the class more meaningful and have students look forward to class.
