Students First Tutoring

Hello! My name is Heather McGee, and I’m excited to begin my 10th year of teaching. Over the past nine years, I’ve dedicated myself to studying and researching the most effective reading practices. One thing I’ve learned for sure is that every student is unique, and real learning starts with getting to know you — not just as a reader, but as a whole person.

In our time together we will use a multi-sensory approach to reading. That means we engage your entire brain — visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile — so you’re not just learning for today, but building skills that will last a lifetime.
