Elizabeth Cook

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Cook. I am a current senior at Palmer Ridge High School and I will be attending the University of North Dakota next Fall on an aviation scholarship. I have tutored many kids- mainly teaching young children how to read at the Pikes Peak Library. I also tutor at my high school, teaching English, chemistry, biology, and some algebra. I currently have a part time job working as a nursery attendant at Open Bible Baptist Church teaching kids about their faith while their parents attend the church service. Growing up, I have always participated in sports and after school activities which has greatly contributed to my strong time management skills. I am very strong at managing my time and blocking it out so that all my tasks become easier and achievable! I break hard topics down into easier bits that seem less "daunting" and I hold a large amount of patience through it all. I am very passionate about being apart of kids' success in school and I love seeing it "click" for kids. I am flexible and open to tutoring at your home, a coffee shop, library, etc.
