I love making math interesting and fun for students. I have a very creative way of teaching math and simplifying it so students can understand and use their math skills. I've been a Principal, Math Teacher, Assistant Principal, and I instruct teachers from all over the world how to teach math. I used to have a waitlist of students wanting to get into my Math classes. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I learn about my students first, what they want to use their education for and what their interests are. I learn what their interests are. We then use math with their interests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S in Mathematics, M.S. in Environmental Science, and M.S. in Educational Leadership. I am a Professional Development Leader for the International Baccalaureate.
