Hello! My name is Nathan Hoehndorf, and I am an Applied Mathematics student at Colorado School of Mines. Based in Centennial and Golden, Colorado, I offer comprehensive tutoring in math, computer programming, science, and reading and writing. With an understanding of how local schools operate and years of tutoring experience, I can teach you just about anything the district can. My tutoring style emphasizes guiding students to discover solutions independently, fostering critical thinking and confidence. I provide support only when necessary, stepping in with explanations or hints if they encounter prolonged challenges that hinder productive learning. I usually only do online lessons, but Arthur Lakes Library on the School of Mines campus is the location of any and all in-person sessions.
