About
I am a college student at the University of Colorado in Boulder and I have been teaching for 2 years while I am completing my degrees. I am studying to complete a BA in middle school and high school teaching, a BA in Spanish, a licensure in teaching K-12 Spanish and a licensure in teaching English as an additional language to speakers of other languages. I have experience teaching youth and adults in both languages both in person and online. I am looking to move my career online while I finish my last year at university and begin my masters degree. I usually teach social emotional based and content based learning with my curriculums focused on the 5Cs outline by ACTFL. I teach language through culture, community, communication, linguistic education and fine arts. I use online platforms for easy access to activities, resources, databases, and other relevant content towards my students in the assigned class. If the students are expected to follow a curriculum under another institution, I am flexible to implement similar policies into my curriculum to keep consistency across your students education. I have published public lessons online for my lesson plans and curriculums to be shared anywhere for all my students to always have their own access to any lessons I teach, even after our classes ended. I continue to work with my professors, classmates and colleagues to better my education for your students. Currently, I am making $25 per hour with classes over 10+ students, however I charge $30 hourly if you are wanting individual tutoring sessions. Please let me know if this rate works for you.
