Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, and I have been a tutor for two years. I highly enjoy working with students and seeing them succeed. It is important for me to connect with students and encourage and motivate them to do their best. :)

Some of my hobbies include playing guitar, being out in nature, and appreciating animals. I love to hear what my students enjoy as well and to incorporate it in our sessions when possible.

I have my Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and have been a substitute teacher in the past. One method I like to incorporate in my sessions is the following: I do, we do, you do. This allows students to gradually become more and more confident working independently.

My goal is to see students excel and have fun while learning. I have taught various subjects, and I try to use visuals when tutoring. It is important to me to build a rapport with students so that they feel comfortable and that the sessions are engaging.
