Loren Morris

Hello, my name is Loren. I am an english reading and writing tutor for 2nd-4th grade. I love teaching kids how to find the joy in writing and how to find a good book. I think that creating a trusting but assertive environment can be very helpful in teaching kids to be confident in themselves and the new skills they learn. I like bringing my favorite books to read, with corresponding activities to help with reading comprehension, and writing skills. I was an English Reading and Writing tutor with an afterschool program in Anaheim for 2 1/2 years. I am currently in college pursuing my degree in Early childhood education to be substitute teacher for elementary school.
