I am TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certified and have professional experience tutoring both online and in person.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My first priority is discovering your needs and goals. I like to start my first lesson with a conversation in order to gauge your starting level, including your strengths and your areas for growth. Then, I'm all for diving in as quickly as possible! Let's get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an upper division English major, studying literature and language. I am also TEFL certified to work with students in learning English as a second language.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offer my first lesson at $15 for an hour session. Beyond that, my lessons are $25/hour.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked professionally with middle school students, but I've also supported high school and college students.
