I am my sole employee and a full time college student. I am looking to offer my tutoring services in my community as I have tutored on and of for several years. I am looking ot build my teaching skills as I am majoring in Psychology and Education.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Talking with them or their parent to find out where they need help, watch them work through thier assignments and help them to understand and guide them to the right answer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AAT, AAP, and am currently working on my Ba in psychology. I have tutored for the state through the foster care system and passed several background checks to fulfill that postition. I am also conversationally fluent in sign language.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$12-15/hour depending on the quantity of subjects or level of help needed
How did you get started teaching?
I have been tutoring friends, colleges, and children since 2016. I found that I was very good at it and was able to help students succeed. I have found a passion for it and am now pursuing it in my higher education, in hopes to become a teacher.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of students. Homeless, foster care, brilliant, academically stumped, special needs, etc.
