Juliet Callejas

I have a bachelor’s degree in English teaching which I earned from the University of the

Philippines.

Having taught in Philippine schools for fourteen years, I believe I possess thorough knowledge

of instructional approaches and strategies to accommodate students’ diverse needs. I can plan

and prepare course materials for different grade levels. I have also been trained to use technology to support learning in classrooms. I can work well with students, parents, co-teachers, staff members, and other members of the community in designing curriculum and developing instructional materials.

I have good classroom management skills that are very essential to provide a safe learning

environment for all students. My excellent communication skills will also enable me to provide clear and concise instructions to students, carry out lessons, use instructional strategies

effectively, and provide feedback and reinforcement. I can handle diverse classes with varying socioeconomic status, race, and color. The classes I handled in the past were also diverse and I

was able to design differentiated instruction activities to meet their learning needs.
