I am a software developer. I have peer tutored throughout my school and university days. I have helped children in their homework, projects, co-curricular activities etc. My grades till my masters were high and consistent. I have won numerous awards in categories like essay, debate, dance, art, skit, etc. I love teaching and believe that it does not have to be the conventional way. I incorporate different techniques and analogies to help in better understand the meaning.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Stage 1: Conversation with the student and parents. Knowing their needs.
Stage 2: COnversation with the student and knowing his/her needs, likes/dislikes, preferred ways, etc.
Stage 3: Planning teaching tools.
Stage 4: Starting off with teaching and asking for honest feedbacks from the students as well as parents.
Stage 5: Reconstructing the teaching methods if they are not working well.

Teaching is my hobby. I have always believed in the power of knowledge and that every individual holds this power in different form. No one is same but everyone is beautifully unique. We must ensure good teaching tools to harness the latent talents.
