About

I have experience in tutoring Algebra I & II, Pre-Algebra, AP Chemistry, AP Statistics, BC Calculus, and AP Physics. I graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in June 2022. I am currently working as a systems engineer at Dominion Energy, but I love to teach in my free time!

I love seeing my students go from barely understanding a concept to mastering it on their own. I push my students to learn independently and ask as many questions as possible to clarify topics so we can grow together. My ultimate goal is to make the individuals I teach the best learners they can be and prepare them for the real world :)

    Andy helped me out with Applied Probability and Statistics, without him I wouldn’t have been able to pass. He helped me review the content in a way that I understood and was able to let me learn by trying to figure it out on my own before immediately telling me the answer, which helped me really understand the material on a level where I could do it myself.

    Works very well to explain prosses and well at the larger conseptual image. Adapts well to the diffrent teaching styles of the in-school math teachers, also is able to help correct any errors that may arrise and explain why the correct solution is what it is and how to get there.
