Megan Ruggiero

I am a nursing student at CSU Channel Islands. I have worked with my university’s tutoring center for about 2 years. Though this center, I’ve been able to provide assistance to a wide variety of students at CSUCI. Every semester, the tutoring center guides us through important ideas in pedagogy, with a heavy focus on using metacognition to help students learn how to dig deeper into their education.

It is beyond gratifying to be see a student achieve a goal they may have not felt capable of achieving before, and then proceed to take the idea to the next level. And I’d love to help take you to that next level too!
