About
I believe my tutoring stands out to help students achieve their goals due to the breadth of my academic experience. I recently graduated from UCLA with a 3.9 GPA and Magna Cum Laude honors and am now applying to joint MD/PhD training programs in pursuit of a career as a surgeon-scientist. On this path, I scored in the 90th percentile on the medical school admissions test, accumulated 4 peer-reviewed scientific publications, and previously scored a 32 on my ACT. Additionally, I have over 2 years of tutoring experience between a summer mentorship program at Stanford University, serving as a chemistry tutor at UCLA, and founding and directing a non-profit tutoring organization. I love the learning process, have honed my study skills over time, and deeply enjoy using this experience to empower my students to reach their diverse goals. Outside of academics, I enjoy many sports, being outside, and spending time with friends and family.

I find it incredibly rewarding to form genuine relationships with my students' and watch their confidence and joy for learning grow over time. I have dedicated significant time to developing my study strategies throughout my academic career and greatly appreciate the opportunity to share these with students and help them thrive in subjects they previously struggled with.
