I have over 10 years of experience as an educator, including private tutoring, instructor and teaching, and coaching positions. I hold a Masters degree in Mathematics Education and have taught middle and high school math across various curricula, including Common Core, AP Calculus, and SAT/ACT math. I have also been counseling students with college admissions and have results from students being admitted to their top school choice.

In addition to teaching students, I’ve also coached and supported math teachers in instructional strategies and curriculum implementation. While I currently work full-time in the edtech space, I continue to tutor and coach students on the side because it keeps me grounded in my roots and allows me to stay connected to what I love most: working directly with students.

I take a highly personalized approach to supporting students, always aiming to understand each student's individual needs and learning style. One of the most fulfilling parts of this work is witnessing the moment when a concept finally clicks for a student. Seeing their growth over time motivates me to keep finding new ways to make math more accessible, engaging, and empowering for every learner.
