Brooke Carcamo Tutoring

Hi! My name is Brooke Cárcamo, and I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed academically in a supportive and encouraging environment. I recently graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Social Work at USC.

Through my experience as a REACH Peer Mentor, Orientation Leader, and tutor, I have worked closely with students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles. I specialize in ESL, reading, writing, study skills, and college preparation, including essay support and academic confidence-building. As a first-generation Latina student myself, I understand how important personalized guidance and encouragement can be throughout the learning process.

I strive to make learning engaging, patient, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. Whether your child needs help strengthening reading comprehension, improving writing skills, or building confidence in English, I am here to provide one-on-one support every step of the way. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, growing academically, and developing skills that will support them long-term.
