Unfortunately, Alex talked down to my son and seemed to make fun of him when he had trouble with math concepts. While Alex did apologize, which we appreciated, we decided to terminate the remaining lessons we paid for. Alex agreed to refund our balance which is $1732.00, but has been giving excuses for two months and we have yet to receive a refund. Were concerned and want to let other people know.
